Normally within 48 hours from email/ visit, you will receive written quotaion via email.

This often depends on the condition of the site and how complicated it might be. Usually, a two-man team of fitters will complete three to six windows per day.

• A confirmation of your styles, openings, glass spec & colour options will be required
• This will be put into a formal order.
• Thereafter, a deposit will be required.
• A site survey will be booked, to take accurate measurements for manufacturing.

Yes, we only use our own fully trained and accredited installers for all of our jobs.

• If on attendance it is deemed there are no faults/ warrantee issues, then a call out charge of a minimum £80.00* +VAT will be chargeable. If the call out charge is not paid, then all warrantees will be invalidated.
• All warranty call-outs, must be made in writing.

• We will require a copy of your Guarantee, and a photo/video of the problem.
• Once this is received – we will arrange an appointment for an engineer to visit [Normal working hours from Mon- Fri 9-5PM
